Espoir Thermo Jacket and Equipe Bib Tight receive a “bikeTIPP”

One of the largest Mountainbike Magazines in Europe, the German title BIKE, tested 12 different winter apparel combinations in a cold chamber in its latest issue (01/2012). The test criteria included the insulating properties of jacket and bib tight against cold, wind and moistness. Testers used infrared imaging to show heat loss. The Espoir Thermo Jacket received a “Sehr gut” and the Equipe Bib Tight rated a “Gut”. Mavic’s Riders Equipment combination ended up with a “bikeTIPP” for the best cost/performance ratio. The tester highlighted the excellent insulation, comfortable cuff and outstanding fit.
